Marriott and MGM Sign Agreement to Launch W Las Vegas Hotel to boost the Travel and Tourism industry in Nevada.
In keeping with the illustrious development of the Marriott Bonvoy® brand.
Marriott International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAR) and MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) plans to transform Las Vegas Strip into the W Hotels brand.
W Las Vegas is the most recent development in the firms’ long-term strategic licensing deal, which was announced in July 2023, and is expected to finish its conversion later this year.

Since the formal debut of MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy in March 2024, hundreds of thousands of room nights have been reserved, well exceeding initial estimates.
More than 200 million Marriott Bonvoy members can now take advantage of special benefits and redeem points at MGM Resorts’ locations thanks to this partnership between two reputable hospitality brands.
MGM Rewards members can status match and receive member benefits at Marriott’s roughly 9,000 properties worldwide.
Later this year, the hotel on the Mandalay Bay Campus is expected to formally become a part of the W Hotels portfolio; further developments for the property will be revealed later.
With the addition of W Las Vegas, MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy will now include 12 locations on the Las Vegas Strip.
These include Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, MGM Collection, ARIA Resort & Casino, Bellagio, a Luxury Collection Resort & Casino, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Autograph Collection.
