DFW airport grounds most flights due to severe on Tuesday morning at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in Texas
Over 700 flights have been impacted as Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport suspended the majority of its operations this morning due to severe weather.
As of 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, the airport had cancelled 202 flights and delayed 500, according to Flight Aware.
Delays at the Dallas airport
Over 90% of D-FW airport departures have a flight status of “very late.”
However as of 8:30 a.m., some, like those to Houston, Midland, and Amarillo, were still scheduled to depart on time.
As of 10 a.m., Tourists flights beyond noon continue to be planned and depart on time.
