The minister of tourism for Saudi Arabia says Beijing and Riyadh might do more to allow travel without a visa as the oil-rich nation seeks to integrate Chinese tourists into its strategy to increase the share of tourism in its economy.
During a visit to China on October 17, Ahmed Al Khateeb stated in an interview that the two governments ought to further loosen visa requirements. Al Khateeb urged the two administrations to talk about ways to allow their residents to visit one another’s nations without a visa.
