Over 150,000 people attended the last 2023 season of the Travel & Adventure Show Series in USA 8 cities.
The final performance of the Travel & Adventure shows happening on April 1-2 2023 at Dallas Market Hall in Dallas Texas .

Eight cities have hosted America’s Favorite Travel Shows this 2023. These include New York, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, and Washington, D.C., .
The events offers attendees a wealth of fresh travel information from a huge selection of world’s top travel destinations and service providers. Guidance from top travel authorities like keynote speakers Rick Steves, Pauline Frommer and Samantha Brown is also available.
Attendance at the series of events this year is up from previous years as US travellers show they are ready to make vacation plans for this year.
With MSC Cruises serving as the series’ headline sponsor, the series got underway in Chicago at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. More than 16,500 people attended the expo, together with 500 representatives of the travel industry’s press and 300 exhibitors.
Travel and Adventure Shows 2023 USA
The New York Travel & Adventure Show returned to the Javits Convention Center. It is collaboration with Trav Media’s IMM for the second year. It’s purpose is to create the city’s first “travel week” as it welcomed thousands of travellers.
Over 350 exhibitors, 850 travel advisers, over 3,000 members of the travel trade, and over 21,500 attendees made up the exhibition.
Over 17,000 travellers, more than 250 exhibitors, 590 travel advisers plus more than 2,300 members of travel trade attended the Los Angeles Show. This happened at the Los Angeles Convention Center and was sponsored by Rick Steves’ Europe. This was an increase in attendance of over 50% from 2022.
11,000 visitors got the chance to interact with more than 200 exhibitors that arrange Safaris and Tours in Africa at the Denver Travel & Adventure Show.
Go Touch Down Travel & Tours Sponsorship
Go Touch Down Travel & Tours and Tourism Santa Fe sponsored the show.
The 16th annual Washington DC Travel & Adventure event, hosted at the Washington Convention Center, welcomed 16,000 visitors plus 180 exhibitors. Barbados Tourism, MSC Cruises, and Go Touch Down Travel & Tours all provided sponsorship for this occasion.
Over 150 exhibitors and 7,000 people attended the Atlanta Travel & Adventure Show at the Cobb Galleria Centre. Visit Barbados served as the Major Sponsor for a weekend of travel preparation, advice, and bargains. Solo Travellers got a chance to sign up Gorilla Trekking Tours in Uganda and Gorilla tracking safaris in Rwanda at discounted prices.
Boston Travel & Adventure Show
Over 125 exhibitors and 8,900 visitors attended the Boston Travel & Adventure Show, which was held at the Hynes Convention Center. Turkish Airlines, Go Touch Down Travel & Tours, Visit Barbados, and Cruise Planners sponsored this show.
On the other hand, over the course of a weekend, 8,000 people attended the Dallas Travel & Adventure Show at the Dallas Market Hall. The event marked the end of the 2023 series and was sponsored by the Florida Keys and Key West.
“This year, not only have we seen a significant increase in the total number of guests at all of our exhibitions, but also in the caliber of visitors to each one.
Serious purchasers demonstrates US consumers’ desire to travel is greater than ever, according to John Golicz, CEO of the Travel & Adventure Shows. With a record-breaking number of exhibitors signing up for the 2024 events, “the shows are leading the travel industry back.”
2024 Exhibitors
Visitors to the show interruct with representatives of various Travel destinations, domestic and international Tour operators is big. Other travel service providers, have exchanged travel inspiration and ideas.
This year, spots sold out quickly for exhibitors offering special bargains on the exhibition floor.
The shows introduce passport acceptance programs to several shows this year in order to meet traveler demand. Travellers can submit passport applications and renewals on-site at the show, an initiative that is well-liked by attendees. Given that passport processing times have increased and local offices have their passport appointments booked for months.
