After four years, the number of  Beijing visitors to Nepal has surpassed six figures, from the previous year

Nepal received 1.14 million tourists last year, a 13 percent increase over the same period in 2023, thanks to better development in Chinese arrivals.

Beijing and Nepal have to make some changes to seem more hospitable.

The Civil Aviation Authority offers no explanation for the 10-hour daily closure of Kathmandu, its sole operational international airport, until March 1.

With the exception of a few Chinese charter flights during the lake city’s Dragon Boat Festival under tourism.
