Emaar is going into Saudi Arabia market to boost Tourism and also expand Saudi Arabia hospitality industry.
By the end of 2024, Emaar hotel Group will launch a number of new hotel projects and food and beverage concepts, expanding in Marassi, Egypt, and the Dubai Creek Harbour while also entering the Saudi Arabian market.
Address Jabal Omar Makkah, Address Marassi Beach Resort in Egypt, Vida Marina Resort & Yacht Club Marassi in Egypt, Vida Aljada Sharjah, and Vida Residences Cairo Gate are the eight new properties that have been made public.

Address Marassi Beach Resort and Vida Marina Resort & Yacht Club Marassi, both in Egypt, are slated to debut this year as part of Emaar Hospitality Group’s expansion of its current network of hotels and resorts.
