Iranian Airports Cancel Flights Until Monday Morning following Iranian retaliatory strikes on Isreal, Tourists among the affected.
The Iranian state media states Today Sunday that flights at many Iranian airports are on cancellation.
These include Isrea’s Imam Khomeini International till Monday due to the Middle East’s heightened tensions following Iran’s midnight attack on Israel.
This reaction follows Israel’s bombing of Iran’s consulate in Syria on 1st. April. 2024.
Iran has launched dozens of drones and missiles at Israel through Saturday night into Sunday.
The attack ignites concerns about potential Israeli retribution against Tehran.
An airport executive says that all flights from Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport are cancelled until 6 a.m following an announcement by Iran’s Civil Aviation Organisation.”
According to Iran’s Airports and Air Navigation Company, domestic flights from Tehran’s Mehrabad Airport as well as airports in Shiraz.
More Airports in Isfahan, Bushehr, Kerman, Ilam, and Sanandaj are also being affected.
All Airports will close till Monday morning when the country’s western airspace reopens to aircraft.
Isreal’s response
Isreal so far has intercepted more than 300 missiles from Syria, Iran, Iraq and Lebanon which accounts 99% of Terhan’s retaliatory strikes

USA is also questioned not to intervene by siding with Isreal other wise it will also be targeted.
