Passenger trapped in Toilet the entire Indian airline flight receives a sorry note from crew following a malfunctioning door.
Crew leaves a “sorry, we tried” message for the passenger who was confined in the toilet the entire flight.
One passenger on an Indian airline was forced to spend the entire flight in the lavatory due to a malfunctioning door.
Throughout the whole journey, the person was confined to the lavatory making his Tour a nightmare.
The Cabin personnel placed an apology note under the door for a customer, adding “sorry we tried.”
The male passenger was stuck in the aircraft’s lavatory for more than an hour while on a SpiceJet flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru. The passenger was eventually saved after the aeroplane landed at Kempegowda International Airport and engineers forced open the door.
SpiceJet issued a statement confirming the incident, apologised for any inconvenience caused and assured the customer a refund.
According to KIA sources, the incident occurred on Flight SG-268 traveling from Mumbai airport on Tuesday at 2 am.
After take off, a passenger in seat 14D hurried to the toilet but unfortunately the door got stuck.
The crew and passengers tried, but were unable to help open the door from the outside of the Toilet. The crew placed a note beneath the door while the horrified and scared passenger looked on.
“Sir, we did our best, but we couldn’t get the door open. Remain calm. Please close the commode lid, sit on it, and fasten yourself; we will be there in a few minutes.
A letter from one of the flight hostesses states that an engineer will arrive immediately the main door is opened.
